Before and After
This is what "transformation" really looks like.
Not just construction...
We were awarded the General Construction Minor Maintenance program for the Hudson Valley in 2020 by Dormitory Authority of the State of New York.
This allows Maeda Construction to investigate, conduct pre-construction planning, bond, bid, administer, and manage the construction of projects.
We follow all the same proper procurement processes as any municipality would, and we manage state funding as if it were our own –– with care.
This has given us the opportunity to work on various different projects across the Hudson Valley.

We administer HOME and Access grants for the City of Hudson.

The NYS HOME Program uses federal funds to support affordable housing, allocating towards critical health and safety repairs for low- to moderate-income homebuyers.
The NYS Access to Home Program helps low- and moderate-income people with disabilities afford home modification so they can live independently rather than in institutions.
In the role of Rehab Specialist, Maeda inspects potential properties, prepares detailed rehabilitation specifications, writes work scopes in-house, procures eligible bids, monitors construction progress, and performs final closeout inspections.
